Shipping policy

Thank you so much for your order! Please note, making marshmallows is a 2-3 day process! (whoa, I know!) We make the marshmallows on Mondays, cut and package on Tuesdays and do chocolate on Wednesdays!

If you order a flavor or item that we did not make that current week, your items will be made the following Monday and shipped to you that Wednesday!

We appreciate your patience — these products are not mass-produced, and a little extra time ensures you're getting the freshest product.

You’ll receive an email with shipping day and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping transit times can vary depending on the carrier (we only use UPS, USPS) and any delays they may experience are outside of our control.
