WHEN ARE THEY SHIPPED?

Your monthly marshmallow flavors are shipped out approximately the first Wednesday/Thursday every month. In event of a holiday or bad weather, they will ship out the following Wednesday or Thursday. They are shipped priority mail USPS or UPS and should arrive within 3 days from shipment. Tracking information will be emailed when shipping label is created.

We reserve the right to delay shipping due to extreme weather conditions.

Refunds will not be given on partially used memberships. No changes or substitutions may be made. All months must be consecutive.
