A Stroopwafel is a traditional Dutch cookie made of 2 thin waffle cookies with a gooey caramel layer in between!
The traditional way to eat them is to put a cookie over top of a hot steaming beverage so that it softens from below and becomes super soft and gooey!
We took it a HUGE step further with our Marshmallow Stroopwafel Sandwich! It’s (2) Stroopwafels with our signature vanilla marshmallow in between with a little chocolate to hold it all together!
